Got a meatball sub, so amazing. I wish the brownie I had gotten was cooked more but the food was great and we were helped quickly. I'll definitely be going back

I don't know if it's because I am from the Midwest but I thought the service was incredibly slow. Ordered 3 pork n slaw sandwiches when the restaurant was nearly empty. Took about 25 minutes to get them (to go!!). The staff was friendly, but I really was baffled at why it took so long to get the food. sandwiches were great, though.

We stopped in and were immediately greeted by the owner. He was so kind and was so pleasant to talk to. He immediately then took our order. He asked my name and remembered it the whole time. The kids loved the pop machine. It was nice to have a variety of options. The food was absolutely delicious and was a great value for the price. I am sure we will come back before we leave. Because it's a great price, great food, and fantastic service!!!!

Coming for lunch in the summer, be prepared to wait. 40 minutes for a sub because they have so few people working. Food is always great, but it will take an entire lunch break just waiting

It's a good firehouse. I've not been to a bad one and after coming here I still haven't. So if you like firehouse subs, you'll like this one.

Great food, but the wait is too long. 30 min for a sub? Come on. The staff is friendly, but they don't seem to concerned about cleaning. The floors and tables are filthy.

Love this sandwich chain. Meats and cheeses are steamed and it gives them an incredible taste. Bread is great too. Awesome atmosphere. Met the franchisee last night, really nice guy! Will return when in the area again!

Great service, great food. Very clean location. Our only complaint was that it was very noisy. That was just the type of customers there tonight, probably isn't always like that.

They make absolutely delicious subs that would make you drool, they make them freshly rather than packaged like some places does. If you are in mood for some subs, then this is the place to order!
Kiddos and I always enjoy Firehouse Subs in Pigeon Forge. The food is always good and they really like the Coke machine that allows you to mix various flavors. The pickles are great too, get extra! Manager walks around and is always friendly. Have fun!

Food was good, as usual. Clean. Service from cashier was less than stellar. We got bumped so she could help a phoned in order, with no explanation. All of the orders came out correct.

Great place for lunch in Pigeon forge. Food is excellent. We had two Engineer subs, an Italian sub, and a Sriracha Beef sub. All was delicious. Staff is very friendly & they greet you as you walk in the door. While we were eating, the owner was walking the floor checking on customers and asking where they were from. He thanked us for coming. The restaurant is clean and decorated well, and the antique fire engine is awesome! Highly recommended for lunch or dinner. I checked in and got a free cookie. It was so good I went and bought three more!

I love firehouse subs. Unfortunately today this one wasn't up to their usual high standards. The service was extremely slow and the manager stood in the way talking to someone. Shame on you mr manager for making a very poor showing.

Excellent hospitality. We had come unplanned to this smokey mountains trip but Paul suggested us a few trails with the road directions and the clingman dome. This was the last place where we would get any ideas but we ended up making plans for the whole weekend as he gave us the map and guide. He was so engaging that it was a memorable lunch for us. Thank you Firehouse !!!! . 5 star rating. !!!!!

Heard about this place on the radio while driving on business. I decided to try it and I will be going back for more. The staff was friendly, it was clean and they answered all my questions. I tried the Kings Hawaiian bread pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing. I wish we had a Firehouse Subs in California that I could go to when I crave a sub.

Located on the Pigeon Forge strip, this is fast food. It has a unique firehouse decor, with a fire truck. The service and food are good and moderately priced. They basically have sandwiches and salads.

Looking for a good lunch option on a cold March Spring Break day. Thought about Subway but so glad we chose this Firehouse Subs! The food was delicious, the staff kind and helpful and the fire truck inside was so cool! We loved it. Highly recommend it!

This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs and I was impressed. The subs were AMAZING and I love the Coca-Cola drink stations where you can chose from 100+ flavors. The decor here was cool to check out as well. There is a lot of seating at this location and it wasn't very busy when we went, which was nice. There are TV's throughout also, so you can watch the news or games while enjoying a tasty sub (or two).

This is by far the coolest Firehouse I've ever been in. Its larger than an other and there is a genuine authentic fire truck parked inside the restaurant which really adds to the theme and ambiance of this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was fresh, hot and delicious and very reasonably priced not to mention they have the coolest drink dispenser.

Our family loves Firehouse subs. We have eaten in many restaurants and this firehouse subs is by far the best one we have ever eaten in. Staff was very warm and welcoming, the food was exactly as ordered and came to us very quickly. If you are considering a sub this is an amazing store!

Stopped here for lunch because it was new on the Parkway and I hadn't ever tried Firehouse Subs before. Brand new building! We were greeted as we walked in the door. Spacious seating area featuring 'Firehouse' related decor. After ordering, we received paper cups for our drinks and were directed to choose our chips from the display. Beverages are self-serve, as is the seating. At this point, I was expecting this visit to turn out as just another 'sub-shop'. When our sandwiches were ready, a young man brought them to our table. (He shouted our name to find us.) I was surprised at the quality. I ordered the Italian combo and was impressed with the amount of meat and toppings. Bread was superb; flavor, fantastic. A young lady bussed our table before we left, which was another surprise to me. All-in-all, a better experience than I anticipated, and I will return. What makes it different than other sub shops? 1:Service - it's not quite 100% self-serve. 2:Flavor - tasted much better than cold meat slapped on a loaf of bread and toasted for 30 seconds. 3:Quantity - there was actually enough meat on the sandwich to taste.
